I didn't know working with *.pdf files could be SO EASY. PDF Filler allows me access to any form I need and to copy all text from page one and paste to all other pages so I only have to complete the form once.
Wonderful overall as it allows me to type instead of hand write certain forms. I am hoping that it will be easier to use to line all cells up so it looks more neat.
It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.
